Common questions
What is Contractor Revolution?
It is time tracking, work orders, PTO, and billing for trade contractors. Each shop gets its own instance, with its own logo and colors.
Who uses it?
Isom Electric, an electrical contractor, uses it for time tracking, work orders, PTO, and billing. South Pointe Construction uses it for time tracking, work orders, PTO, and billing.
Who counts as a user?
Anyone who logs in, in the field or in the office. There is not a cheaper field-only seat.
What does a month cost?
No-commitment monthly prices are $239 for up to 5 users, $329 for up to 10, $429 for up to 20, $529 for up to 40, and $729 for up to 75. Annual prepay is 15% off the monthly fee. Setup is separate and is not discounted.
What does setup include?
Logo and colors, the admin login, the crew roster, PINs, jobs, locations, a smoke test, and training. Company and above add a materials catalog import and starting PTO balances. Enterprise adds data migration and starts at $9,500.
What is not included?
Payment processing, marketing tools, and a CRM. Contractor Revolution does not sell those.
How does PTO work?
Employees request PTO from the phone. Balances are kept in hours. The office approves or denies the request. Company setup and above can load starting balances.
How does billing work?
Hours stay on the work order. When the work is done, the order stays on a billing list until it is billed. Payroll and billing are separate. Closing the week does not mark the job billed.
